Please agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

1. Subscribed Content: The Site makes searchable and accessible a full text collection of research material in digital form (PDF) with metadata (the "Subscribed Content"), including articles from journals published by mining and minerals industry societies worldwide, technical publications, monographs, conference proceedings, and more. In addition to updates, the resource includes selected archives dating back decades. Publications from regulatory agencies and other sources are also included. OneTunnel has secured the rights necessary to provide access to the Subscribed Content via the Site. All copyrights and intellectual property rights of publishers, content providers and authors, as the case may be, remain with such parties. Material in the public domain remains subject to fair use. 2. Permitted and Prohibited Uses: Permitted uses of Subscribed Content include any uses permitted under appropriate existing copyright law, including, where applicable, uses permitted as fair use. Accepted educational use of Subscribed Content by a subscribing academic institution and its users include interlibrary loan and ad hoc sharing of single articles by individuals for purposes of scholarship or private study. No person may remove or alter the authors' names, copyright notices, trademarks, or other means of identification or disclaimers as they may appear in the Site and in any of the Subscribed Content. No person may systematically make print or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the Subscribed Content nor mount or distribute any part of the Subscribed Content on any electronic or data network other than through a secure network of Subscriber and for access only by Authorized Users. "Commercial Use" for the purposes of monetary reward by means of the sale, resale, loan, transfer, or other form of exploitation of Subscribed Content is prohibited. If the Subscriber becomes aware of potential unauthorized access to or use of the Subscribed Content, it will notify OneTunnel immediately and cooperate in locating and, if warranted, attempting to stop the individuals who are abusing the service. 3. Subscription Term: As a member of a participating society, the subscriber has use of OneTunnel through the term of their membership renewing annually. 4. Miscellaneous: If any provision or provisions of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be in any way affected or impaired thereby. OneTunnel will not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the Site or the Subscribed Content, and the transmission and delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising from any of the foregoing. OneTunnel does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content.
