Abstract
Since writing the paper on this subject,* which was presented at the Atlanta meeting in October, 1895, I have had opportunity for more thorough investigations in several localities, and venture, therefore, to offer some additional facts and opinions. The literature of the subject is not very abundant. Dr. George F.
