Crack Detection and Seal-Lock Casting Repair

This paper features some of the spectacular new advances in the fields of fluorescent penetrant inspection and magnetic particle concentration. Casting fractures in the various stages -before the repair, during the repair and in the completed repair -using the cold process method will be discussed. This cold method of repair eliminates problems of pre-heating and cooling and the stress factors that are involved in any heat repair.
