W. A. Griffith (Head, Research Department, Phelps Dodge Corp., Morenci, Ariz.) - It is gratifying to see the increasingly common use of classical statistical procedures by metallurgical researchers. Mr. Yarroll has given excellent illustrations of the utility of multiple correlation analysis of complex metallurgical data.
