Abstract
TO attempt to say anything adequate about Eugene McAuliffe as a human being, engineer, or executive in this brief space is ridiculous, for one could extol his virtues at length in all three catagories. Too, one might dwell on his good humor, and also his modesty, for lie did not wish even these few words to be said, "having no illusions regarding either ability or achievement, not even blessed with good looks."
