Abstract

Sollutions of ammonium chloride, nitrate and sulfate were studied in extraction of rare earths absorbed on a low-grade, kaolilnitic ore recently discovered in southern China. The results of percolation leaching tests and the recovery of the rare-earth values from these solutions are presented.
