The Powder Charcoal Injection in the main burner of the rotary kiln of Pelletizing Plant aims to reduce natural gas consumption and consequently cost reduction with thermal energy. This paper presents the technology, the injection process and the advantages of using powder charcoal to substitute natural gas.
