Abstract

THE name of Dr. Henry Sturgis Drinker has been added to the short list of Honorary Members of the American Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers, a signal honor rightfully bestowed. To quote the Philadelphia Inquirer, "It is essentially a recognition of the highest achievements, the greatest benefits, and most deserving personalities among engineers themselves."
