Impact of the Freight Tunnel Flood on The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Subway Tunnels

The April 13, 1992, flooding in the freight tunnel network under the city of Chicago had a profound effect on the nearby Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) subway service.
