Abstract
Scrap battery recovery process, developed by Engitec Impianti S.p.A., is improved transforming batches operations in continuous. Benefits expected: constant and better quality of the products; easier and more reliable control of the operating parameters, reduction of manpower requirements. Paste will content less sulfate, particularly in soluble form. Sodium sulphate is obtained with higher and constant purity.
