Abstract
If it had not been for the almost unbelievable adventures that came before and after, the last ten months of 19 15 would have been exciting enough for anyone. As it was they were a cheerful interlude. I spent most of the time on our Warren operations catching up on a lot of underground work and visiting Ajo every few weeks to see if my Chuquicamata visit might help solve the New Cornelia problem. At the same time I arranged to examine the small but rich Bush and Baxter copper mine a few miles from Tucson. At a party in Warren we found we would all be staying at the Santa Rita Hotel in Tucson, and I took my South
