Abstract
In order to ensure a sustainable development in the mineral industries it is very important to reduce the process water consumption in mineral processing. Based on a systems analytical approach this paper deals with the most important parameters of process water management during plant operation and indicates strategies for reducing the water consumption in mineral processing.
