Abstract

HONORARY Membership in the Institute is limited to twenty and the roster is now only fifteen, so Dr. Reynders becomes a member of a select circle. All of his life, following graduation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1886 at the age of twenty, lie has been connected with the steel industry. For about thirty years he stayed with the same company, the Pennsylvania Steel Co., until it was acquired by the Bethlehem Steel Corp., in 1916. For many years he had been vice-president and general manager.
