Organizing The Project Management Team

For the successful execution of a major project, the project team must be thoughtfully organized, manned, instructed and motivated. This is true of both the engineer/constructor team and the mining company team. Then these teams must be carefully related so that they function effectively as one organization on the job. This paper describes the organizing techniques and the human ingredients and know-how of a successful project.
