Colvocoresses, Humboldt, Ariz. M. K. Rodgers, Los Angeles, Cal W. E. Defty, Phoenix, Ariz. S. C. Rodgers, Guanajuato, Mex. Carl F. Dietz, Worcester, Mass. John M. Baker and Hamilton W.
