Mining companies face the ongoing challenge of sustaining and growing production. This paper outlines business investment concepts to grow reliable returns on investment from a portfolio of choices by:improved visualisation, diagnosis and tune up of the investment pipeline (pipeline management); good corporate decision making (governance) to select the right project mix, risks and sequence; and delivery strategies to enhance and reliably execute projects.
