Abstract

"This paper gives a brief description of the methods used to form and implement the present planned maintenance program. The system is designed to assist plant personnel in their task of controlling a large work-force and maintaining the many and varied types of equipment used in a mining and concentrator operation. The types of reports and methods used in scheduling and work-loading are described. General built-in flexibility is derived from computer assistance to the Central Planning Group."
