Abstract

This paper is the thirteenth of the series on Smelting in the Lead Blast furnace, and the third of the series on Handling Zinciferous Charges. Two other papers have been written on the Rate of Descent of the Stock Column, and Formation of Accretions. These are Reports of Investigations 2963 and 3094, for the Tooele plant and the Bunker Hill plant, respectively.
