RI 3643 Permissible Methane Detectors

 Previous publications relating to permissible methane detectors covered investigations of the detectors from January 1922 to January 1,1937. All of these detectors are obsolete, or the designs have been modified under extensions of the original approvals. This report covers the investigations of detectors since January 1, 1937, including the present permissibility requirements as to design and performance and a brief description of each detector.
