Abstract

Low-temperature heat capacity measurements were conducted, and entropies at 298.15° K were evaluated for sodium monomolybdate (Na2Mo04), magnesium monomolybdate (MgMo04), and calcium monomolybdate (CaMo04). The 298.15° K entropy values were sodium monomolybdate, 38.1±0.3 cal/deg mole, magnesium monomolybdate, 28.4±0.2 cal/deg mole, and calcium monomolybdate, 29.3±0.2 cal/deg mole.
