Abstract

This paper is in two parts. The first part describes Membrane Back-Pulse Filtration and the effects of very short filter downtimes on cycle filtration rates. Part II describes the use of Membrane Back-Pulse Filtration for combined thickening and polishing soda ash thickener feed material followed by a description of computer modeling of CCD circuits by Iterative solver.
