The Management of Project Development

The traditional role of Australian Consultants in project development has been until recently restricted to the provision of discrete packages for survey and engineering services during the feasibility, design and construction phases of a project. Management of such projects was the province of the owner/developer or his agent. However, Australian Consultants are now being con- sidered for an expanded role on resources Projects.
