Abstract

Clean Coal Technology (CCT) ?Technologies designed to enhance both the efficiency and the environmental acceptability of coal extraction, preparation and use?. These technologies reduce emissions, reduce wastes, and increase the amount of energy gained form each ton of coal extracted and converted into energy. ?? Carbon Capture and Sequestration are an integral part of CCT either as constructed or on a future retrofit basis.
