Abstract

Circuit alterations and adoption of more compact items of equipment have made it possible to increase the capacity of the King Island Scheelite concentrator, both with regard to head grade and feed tonnage, while at the same time increasing total recovery and reducing maintenance costs. The present operation is described, with particular emphasis being placed on alterations made during the last two years to achieve capacity Goals.
