Abstract - The Croft diorite in central England belongs to a suite of Caledonian igneous rocks collectively known as the South Leicestershire diorite complex. Although the intrusions occupy separate outcrops, they are linked at depth to form a single pluton, buried beneath a cover of Triassic sediments (Le Bas, 1972; 1982, Allsop and Arthur, 1983). Both the Caledonian diorites and the overlying sub-Triassic unconformity have been affected by a complex history of alteration and mineralization which can be subdivided into four stages: (1) deuteric effects, caused by the release of volatiles during magmatic cooling; (2) albitization through sodic enrichment; (3) formation of lowtemperature laumontite, analcime and calcite veins with associated wall-rock alteration to prehnite and pumpellyite; and (4) sub-Triassic unconformity-hosted base metal, manganese and palygorskite mineralization. Zeolite mineralization occured some 200 Ma later than the intrusion itself, during post-Triassic times, as indicated by the presence of a single vein of laumontite and microcrystalline calcite which cross-cuts the sub-Triassic unconformity surface and enters the overlying Triassic sediments. Evidence from fluid inclusion work indicates that two fluids were involved in the deposition of the zeolite veins. One fluid was initially of relatively high temperature (~100°C to 320°C) and low salinity (~0.2 to 5.9 wt% NaCl equiv.), and was probably meteoric in origin, whereas the other was of relatively low temperature (~41°C to 165°C) and high salinity (~0.4 to 16.72 wt% NaCl equiv.), and is interpreted to represent a basinal brine. During Triassic rifting, thinning and fracturing of the crust, with the possible rise of associated magmas (Halliday and Mitchell, 1984), could have increased permeability and heat flow, initiating the circulation of hydrothermal fluids. Triassic unconformity-hosted base-metal mineralization in Central England is similar to other Triassic-Jurassic mineralization in Europe (Mitchell and Halliday, 1976).

"FLEX 31 is a chemically enhanced sodium isopropyl xanthate that has shown improved collection properties over SIPX for copper-bearing and copper-activated minerals. Characteristics such as improvement of recoveries with lower dosages and high pyrite and pyrrhotite rejection capabilities have all been exhibited by FLEX 31.The most improved results have been seen insphalerite flotation. Plant trial work carried out in the zinc circuit at the Louvicourt Concentratorin northern Quebec has produced data showing superior grade and recoveries from rougher concentrates that previously had not been attain-able with other reagents effectively. The improvement over SIPX adds up to an almost$1,000,000 annual improvement on the mine’s bottom line at present zinc prices.IntroductionSodium Isopropyl Xanthate (SIPX) is one of the most popular flotation chemicals on the market today. Somewhat more specific than amyl xanthates, SIPX is used in a variety of ores like copper/zinc, lead/zinc, arsenopyrite/pyrite, and many others (Melis et al., 1991). An investigation carried out by Tennants Research Technology Applications (TRTA), a division of Charles Tennant & Co. (Canada) Ltd., produced a chemically enhanced SIPX that has shown all the advantages of normal SIPX along with improved recoveries of copper and copper activated minerals. The new product has been named FLEX 31. Currently, FLEX 31 is manufactured at the Prospec Chemicals, another division of Charles Tennant & Co. (Canada) Ltd.A large amount of laboratory testing pro-grams have been carried out with FLEX 31 todate (MacPhail and Cousins, 1995; Cousins and MacPhail, 1996). One of the minerals that has a defnite affinity to improved fotation is sphalerite (ZnS). Once activated with copper sulphate, sphalerite has produced some of the most spectacular test work when FLEX 31 is compared directly to SIPX. Plant trials of FLEX31 at Aur Louvicourt Inc. carried out in 1995show that FLEX 31 is far superior to SIPX for activated sphalerite flotation."

"The effect of extended ball milling has been studied for two industrial processes: (1) the processing of metal sulphide concentrates; and (2) the carbothermic reduction of ilmenite to synthetic rutile. The plant concentrates were a gold ore with 128 g/t Au of which 8% was non-refractory and a zinc concentrate with copper impurities.The gold concentrate showed complete dissolution of the gold bearing minerals after milling giving almost complete gold liberation. The zinc concentrate showed almost all of the sulphides had solubilized leaving the gangue and elemental sulphur. A study of pure pyrite and arsenopyrite shows that selective dissolution should be possible by a simple leaching process directly after milling.The milling of ilmenite and coal together results in a temperature decrease of 150°C in the subsequent carbothermic reduction of ilmenite, in addition to improving both the rate of reaction and the selectivity of reduction to rutile. IntroductionAlmost all mineral processing plants use mills for the size reduction of particles prior to physical and chemical processing. When continuing beyond size reduction the energy transferred causes deformation, breakage and realloying of particles giving a steady-state particle size. The breaking also causes increasing damage to the crystal structure by formation of smaller grains giving an increasing number of grain boundaries and increasing crystalline defects due to deformation. The increasing number of grain boundaries and defects leads to increased reactivity, which can be seen directly by a reaction within the mill, or indirectly, via a decrease in the subsequent annealing temperature required for reaction."

Abstract-The acid rock drainage (ARD) buffering capacity of mine waste is governed by its bulk chemical composition and its mineral assemblage. Conventional acid base accounting (ABA) tests can be used to predict short-term buffering, but should be used with caution to model or predict the long-term ARD buffering capacity of mine waste. ABA data for mine waste samples from four different deposit types: anorthosite-hosted magmatic sulfide nickel, dunite-hosted magmatic sulfide nickel, porphyry copper-gold, and volcanic-hosted high sulfidation epithermal silver, were compared with whole-rock geochemical and petrographic data obtained from the same samples. Our objective was to devise and test a method of predicting ARD buffering capacity based on bulk chemistry and modal mineralogy. In other words, we developed a quantitative theoretical method for calculating neutralizing potential, relying on easily obtainable and relatively inexpensive whole-rock and sulfur XRF analyses, which could substitute for conventional ABA procedures in situations where these procedures are either too costly or too time consuming. For each deposit type, models were devised that reasonably approximate the net neutralization potential estimated by the ABA data obtained from laboratory tests. Once an appropriate model has been developed and tested, portable X-ray fluorescence equipment, already used for grade control at many mine sites, could provide the wholerock and sulfur analyses required to estimate the ARD potential of the waste material. Although this approach is not intended as a substitute for the legally mandated ABA test procedure, it could facilitate the timely and cost-effective management and mitigation of ARD at a mine site.

The Canadian Shield and its extensions are traversed by an orthogonal system of north-west and northeast trending arch-style uplifts. These basement arches were formed by repeated vertical movements along pre-existing structures during compressional and extensional tectonism connected with events in surrounding Proterozoic and Phanerozoic orogens and ocean basins. The arches in?uenced patterns of sedimentation and tectonism in the intervening epicratonic basins andmarginal platforms throughout the Proterozoic and Phanerozoic. Movements on the arch structuresalso triggered minor magmatism and controlled the location and timing of alkalic rock-carbonatite, kimberlite, and related intrusions in the Canadian Shield, the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, and West Greenland.

"As the next century draws near, new mine properties must be brought into production to replace existing operations that are approaching their economic life. This paper presents some of the critical technical issues being addressed by Manalta Coal Ltd. as they strive to bring the Telkwa Coal Project near Smithers, BC into production during the year 2000. The mine is planned to produce between 1.0 to 1.5 million tonnes per year of medium volatile coal for export to overseas thermal and PCI markets. IntroductionManalta Coal Ltd. (Manalta) is proposing the development and operation of a surface coal mine and associated infrastructure approximately six kilometres southwest of the village of Telkwa, British Columbia (Fig. 1). The infrastructure consists of a coal washing facility, tailings disposal area, clean coal haul road, access road and rail loadout facility. Over a 25-year period, the mine is expected to produce between 25 and 37 million clean tonnes of coal primarily for the export market.To achieve public and governmental approval for the development, the project will be reviewed under British Columbia’s Environmental Assessment Act. Manalta entered the formal Assessment process in February 1, 1997 with the submission of an Application for a Project Approval Certificate for the Telkwa Coal Project."

"Neill and Gunter Limited (NGL) has prepared a preliminary design and a cost estimate for a ferric chloride leach plant to recover copper, lead, zinc, and silver from a typical complex sulphide ore. This plant design is specifically intended to treat unconcentrated ground ore (flotation feed), but can be readily adapted to treat bulk concentrates. Samples of ground ore and bulk concentrate were obtained from Heath Steele Mines, Miramichi, New Brunswick, laboratory testing, and preliminary process flow sheet preparation was carried out by the Research and Productivity Council in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Approximately thirty drawings have been produced, including process and equipment flowsheets, process piping and instrumentation drawings, and preliminary general arrangements. Preliminary capital and operating cost estimates were prepared for a plant that would treat 1000 t/d of crushed and ground ore to produce about 30 000 tpy of zinc. Capital and operating cost estimates were also projected for plants up to 4000 t/d of processed ore. Recoveries of 99% for zinc, 98% for lead, and 96% for copper were achieved in laboratory tests on unconcentrated ore. These recoveries were higher than the overall recoveries obtained from bulk concentrate, yielding approximately 10% more revenue.A 1000 tonne per day plant was determined to have a low return on investment, however, depending on the size and type of mining operations employed and the FCL plant throughput. DCF-ROI projections of 20% to over 30% were calculated for 100% equity financed “green field” mine, mill and FCL plant operations of 2000 t/d and higher"

"Large amounts of oil sand tailings are produced in the Fort McMurray area, including sand, clays, and misplaced bitumen. The objective of the present study (as part of the overall engineered tailings program) is to select and evaluate the role of hydrocyclones in removing most of the solids from the tailings slurry and producing an underflow product containing about 75% solids.Multistage cyclones were evaluated in pilot plant tests. Slurry feeds with different percents solids and increasing ratios of superfines (–44 µm) were used in testing multistage cyclone circuits. A two-stage Linatex separator circuit gave high recovery to the underflow of 98.8% to 99.6% by mass with the desired high solids content in the underflow of 73% to 75% by mass. Changes in feed solids content (20% to 50%) had little or no influence on cyclone underflow recovery and solids content. The keys to achieving such results were the apex control mechanism and operation at relatively low feed pressure (<60 kPa for 23 cm F cyclone) when the feed solids content was high. Increasing superfines above 7% by mass in the feed resulted in a significant reduction in the recovery to the underflow, probably due to the heavy medium generated by excessive amounts of clays in the cyclone. Pilot plant results were better than those predicted by available cyclone simulation models in terms of recovery and solids concentration in the underflow.Increasing cyclone diameter from 23 cm for the Linatex separator to 51 cm for the Krebs cyclone appears to have little or no effect on size cutpoint."

This paper describes the potential use of anew agent material for backfill consolidation, ground waste glass, to be used as partial replacement of Portland cement fractions within backfill. Significant fractions of commercial and residential silica glass production is currently utilized as waste landfill and must be disposed of at high cost and with no foreseeable environ-mental benefit. This paper also demonstrates that waste glass materials could be effectively recycled as backfill additives, and that a significant, large and stable source of additive supply, currently land filled, can be developed. This new application will generate added value for such materials, serve to promote positive environ-mental stewardship and satisfy engineering sup-port requirements in mines.

"Niobec mine, a producer of pyrochlore concentrates since 1976, became a producer of ferroniobium in 1994 and achieved accreditation to the ISO 9002 standard in 1995. The goal of ISO 9002 is to ensure that the products supplied to clients regularly meet their specifications, through explicit work standards and procedures throughout the production process, from deposit appraisal to ferroniobium production.A key element of ISO 9002 implementation at Niobec consists of the quality control procedures applied to the raw materials: the ore fed to the mill and the pyrochlore concentrate fed to the reduction plant. These controls extend from exploration, deposit appraisal, mine planning and reserves estimation, mining, mineral processing and, finally, ferroniobium production. The implementation of ISO 9002 has allowed more efficient control of the quality of the final product sold to clients. It requires interactive team work, the role of the geologist being to relate all information pertaining to raw material and product quality to the geological framework of the deposits."

Abstract-The late Archean Pipestone Lake anorthosite complex (PLAC) is a 0.9 x 17 km sill-like layered intrusion that is part of a suite of coeval megacrystic anorthosite bodies in the Cross Lake region, northwestern Superior Province. Exploration for Ti-V-Fe oxide mineralization and concurrent geological investigations have contributed to a greater understanding of the lithostratigraphy of the PLAC and its oxide mineralization. Mapping and drill core studies have established a laterally continuous igneous stratigraphy comprising six leucogabbro/anorthosite zones and three melagabbro/gabbro zones. Field evidence, including disrupted blocks of layered units, scour contacts, and size-graded and modally-graded layering, suggests younging towards both the northern and the central parts of the complex. A decrease in the anorthite content of the feldspars from An75 in the south to An30 in the north suggests that the magmas become more evolved to the north. Macrorhythmic layering and gross morphological features suggest that the PLAC crystallized from four major influxes of geochemically similar basaltic magmas. The paucity of magmatic erosional features in the PLAC indicates that layering developed in a relatively static magma chamber, so that in-situ crystallization processes are required to account for the observed petrologic diversity. Drilling has confirmed that a significant Ti- V-Fe resource is contained in two of the four discrete mineralized subzones in the PLAC. Textural evidence and the stratiform nature of the oxide-enriched subzones are consistent with a magmatic origin for the oxide mineralization.

The mechanism by which stratiform ore deposits of PGE (platinum-group elements) are laid down in ultrama?c igneous complexes is not completely clear. Early studies by the author and coworkers on numerical analyses of the convective cooling of low-Rayleigh-number magma chambers examined the effect of suspended crystal load on ?uid density, and raised the possibility that the growth of the suspended crystal load during cooling could split a magma chamber into several convecting layers. The lower layers would have a higher content of refractory phases than the upper layers, which would consist of more evolved melt. This paper considers numerical modelling, as well as theoretical and experimental work in other ?elds dealing with suspended loads in ?uids. The calculations, which are based on the physics of convecting magmas, yield quantitative relationships consistent with the observation that economically interesting stratiform PGE deposits are restricted to large magma bodies, and also yield estimation of the depth in a magma chamber at which certain grades of mineralization may occur.

Most large skarn deposits are zoned in both space and time relative to associated intrusions. Zonation occurs on scales from kilometers to micrometers, and re?ects in?ltrative ?uid ?ow, wall rock reaction, temperature variations, and ?uid mixing. The most spectacular examples of skarn zonationusually occur at the skarn-marble contact, where transitions between monomineralic bands can be knifesharp. Other small-scale examples occur in zoned veins and individual mineral crystals. Although,visually striking and scienti?cally interesting, in mineral exploration these small-scale variations areless useful than deposit- or district-scale zonation. In most skarn systems there is a general zonationpattern of proximal garnet, distal pyroxene, and vesuvianite (or a pyroxenoid such as wollastonite, bustamite, or rhodonite) at the marble front. As well, individual skarn minerals may display systematic color or compositional variations within the larger zonation pattern. Such patterns are reviewed for 14well-studied examples of Cu, W, Sn, Au, and Zn-Pb skarns. In addition, many deposits have endoskarnor other alteration of the associated intrusion, and recrystallization or other subtle changes have occurred in the surrounding wall rocks. Copper skarns, such as Mines Gaspé in Quebec and Big Gos-san in Irian Jaya, have high ratios of garnet:pyroxene and are zoned outward from the intrusion, to gar-net, to pyroxene, to massive-sul?de replacement and vein deposits. Garnets in Cu skarn are Fe-rich and change from dark red-brown near the intrusive contact to paler brown, green, or yellow in distal loca-tions. Pyroxenes in Cu skarns are pale and diopsidic near the intrusion, and become darker and more Fe- and Mn-rich away from the intrusion. Tungsten skarns, such as Salau and Costabonne in France and Pine Creek and Garnet Dike in California, have intermediate ratios of garnet: pyroxene, are more extensive vertically and along strike than perpendicular to the intrusive contact, and have zonation pat-terns commonly complicated by overprinting of metamorphic lithologies. In W skarns, garnet is com-monly subcalcic and the pyroxene is Fe-rich, re?ecting particularly reducing wall rocks or great depth of formation. Tin skarns, such as Dachang in China and Moina in Australia, also can have subcalcicgarnet and Fe-rich pyroxene, but this reduced mineral assemblage typically is due to an association with reduced S-type granites. Tin skarns differ from most other skarn types in having a late greisens stage that may replace earlier Sn-bearing calc-silicate minerals, thus liberating Sn to form cassiterite.Many high-grade Au skarns, such as Hedley in British Columbia and Fortitude in Nevada, have low ratios of garnet: pyroxene and are associated both with reduced plutons and reduced wall rocks. Gold-rich zones occur in Fe-rich, pyroxene-dominant, distal skarn. Zn-Pb skarns, such as the Yeonhwa-Ulchin district in Korea and Groundhog in New Mexico, have low ratios of garnet: pyroxene and generally form distal to associated intrusions. These skarns also are zoned from proximal garnet to distal pyroxene and pyroxenoid (bustamite-rhodonite), with signi?cant zones of massive sul?des within and beyond skarn. Manganese enrichment of most mineral phases, particularly pyroxene, is characteristic of distal zones. Fundamental controls on skarn zonation include temperature, depth of formation, composition and oxidation state of associated plutons and wall rocks, and tectonic setting. Most W skarns form at relatively great depth, 5 km to 20 km, with extensive high-temperature metamorphic and meta-somatic mineral assemblages. In contrast, most other skarn types are relatively shallow, <10 km and mostly <5 km, with limited, lower temperature metamorphic aureoles. Differences in oxidation state correlate well with different skarn zonation patterns, particularly garnet: pyroxene ratios and compositions, and can be used in both classi?cation of and exploration for skarn deposits

"The Rabbit Lake Operation is located in Northern Saskatchewan on the western shore of Wollaston Lake approximately 800 km north of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.The Operation is owned by a joint venture of Cameco Corporation and Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited. Cameco is the operator.The Mill started production in June 1975 under the ownership of Gulf Minerals Canada Limited and over the past twenty years has increased the rated production capacity to over twice the original design.The Mill was originally designed to process 485,000 tonnes per year of ore with an annual production of 2.0 million kg of U308 (yellowcake). During the past ten years changes in ore sources and process modifications have led to increased milling capacity and production targets. The Mill has treated a total of 8.6 million tonnes of ore and produced over 40 million kg of U308 in the twenty year period, despite the shutdown and cutbacks in operating time since 1989.The 1995 tonnage throughput was 206,000 tonnes per year. Annual production though has risen to 3.6 million kg of yellowcake despite the departure from full-time to half-time operation in 1991 (7 up-7 down). The forecast for the coming years will see tonnage rising from 300,000 to 570,000 tonnes, production of 4.5 to 5.4 million kg of yellowcake and an anticipated return in the year 1998 to full time operation.This paper will give a brief history of the Mill and focus on the present flowsheet and recent improvements to the process."

"Gold cyanidation kinetics which are often limited in commercial operations by the rate of oxygen dissolution from gas bubbles into the slurry, are discussed. Emerging technologies for improving the rate of oxygen dissolution are compared and the gas efficiency, energy use and operating performance of inverted cones and a device based on a jet diffuser are examined. The effect of solids loading is also reviewed and a relationship between operating parameters and the kilograms oxygen dissolved per kilowatt-hour is presented.Inverted cones are shown to create slurry settling problems at high gas flow rates and surface tension lowering agents are shown not to greatly improve the overall rates of oxygen dissolution.The novel jet diffuser technology operates at a range of gas to liquid ratios that improves its energy use over conventional technology and the performance of a number of designs are discussed.Gas efficiencies as high as 35% were observed with the novel diffusers at 40 cm diffuser immersion and are expected to increase at greater immersions. Energy use of 1.8 kg 02 I kWh were estimated for prototype full size diffusers operating at 100 cm immersion. This paper introduces a number of emerging technologies and provides a basis for comparison of the performance. "Cable bolts are an important support component in modern underground mines. If an optimized cable bolt system is to be achieved, it is insufficient to focus on cable bolt layout design or on cable bolt installation in isolation. Cable bolt support, like all engineered systems, requires a holistic approach, encompassing integrated elements of design, implementation and verification. The “Cable bolting Cycle” described in this paper incorporates these components along with related tools and procedures which should be used together to ensure effective and efficient cable bolt support.Design involves the consideration of demand, capacity and constraints as outlined in this paper. The demands imposed on the sup-port system by the rock mass response to excavation under the combined action of stress and gravity must be matched to the capacity of the cable bolt array. The cable bolt system capacity is a function of the component strengths of the steel strand and the bond (load transfer) and by the deformation response and retention characteristics of the system. The design is bounded by operational and economic constraints.Implementation of the cable bolt array can then proceed and must include appropriate protocols of communication, training and quality control, in addition to both general and site specific installation procedures. The Ni-rich Epidote Zone of the Fraser Mine at Sudbury is characterized by alteration assemblages rich in epidote, actinolite and magnetite which are roughly concentrically zoned and up to hundreds of meters in length. These zones form discrete areas within the igneous Footwall Breccia below the Sudbury Igneous Complex. The assemblages grade from epidotized Footwall Breccia matrix,through actinolite-bearing rocks with few vestiges of original Footwall Breccia textures, into the most intensely altered rock, a magnetite-rich facies. Pentlandite, pyrrhotite and pyrite are the dominant sulfdeminerals; chalcopyrite is minor. The strongest geochemical differences compared to original Footwall Breccia occur where epidote and actinolite dominate the alteration assemblage (EPDZact facies). The most intense alteration facies are typifed by low Cu/(Cu+Ni) values of <0.1. Strong positive correlations exist between Ni and Co, Cu and Au, and among Ir, Os, Ru and Rh. Chondrite-normalized Ni - PGE -Au - Cu plots display an overall increase in all elements from the least to the most intensely altered facies except for Au and Cu. As the proportion of actinolite increases in the EPDZact facies, the chondrite-normalized profles fatten considerably due to low Au and Cu contents. Abundances of Ni, Ir, Ru and Rhalmost ubiquitously increase with degree of alteration. In contrast, Cu, Zn, Ag and Au contents are low in almost all facies. It is suggested that saline hydrothermal fluids moved through the Epidote Zone formation and became more oxidized as they reacted with the Footwall Breccia and with footwall units, including ultramafic rocks. As this trend continued, magnetite-rich zones eventually developed. The occurrence of calcite locally in these magnetite-rich zones suggests that the pH of the fluid increased, causing Cu solubility to drop as activity in the hydrothermal system waned. Sudden changes in fluid composition such as this may have been due to an influx of fluid from bounding ultramafic rocks. Hydrothermal activity was focused along the margins of footwall ultramafic units. Individual hydrother-mal cells may have formed in the Footwall Breccia along pre-existing structures or sulfde concentrations. Metals may have been scavenged from sulfide-bearing Footwall Breccia and possibly Sublayer rocks. Nickel and some PGE were deposited in the Epidote Zone, whereas Cu, Au and Ag continued out-ward into the footwall where they were deposited as Cu-rich footwall veins. "It has been estimated conservatively that the costs of wear damage and friction in the Canadian mining and mineral processing industry amount to over one billion dollars per year. These are mainly incurred through the repair or replacement of worn parts and production losses from related equipment downtime. The selection and application of the most appropriate wear protection components and systems, can thus have a very significant influence on productivity, profitability and global competitiveness.Details are presented of the wide diversity of materials used to counteract the varied and often complex wear attack mechanisms that occur in surface mining. The majority are various forms of steels and irons with generally very high hardness. However, they also include relatively soft elastomers and polymeric products.The main characteristics and applications of the different classes are reviewed. Case studies record significant performance improvements achieved through more judicious selections. Finally, some new developments which reduce maintenance charges by substantially increasing wear component life, are described."

"At the 1992 PDAC Convention, Norman Keevil announced the formation of the Exploration Technology Division (ETD) of the Mining Industry Technology Council of Canada (MITEC). It was evident that base metal reserves in Canada were declining and that the cost of discovering a deposit in Canada was increasing. Coordinated research to develop new exploration technologies was required to discover the next generation of ore-bodies. The ETD was formed in response.The mission of the ETD is to contribute to the survival, profit, and growth of the Canadian mining industry by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of mineral exploration through development of innovative technology by man-aging and coordinating applied cooperative research. In addition, it is the intent of the ETD to become the principal agency by which cooperative research funds are transferred to researchers from the mining industry. The division is industry driven, industry funded and industry managed.The ETD’s Three-Year Plan has focussed80% of its research funds toward two objectives, improving the efficiency of exploration for VMS deposits and establishing the parameters necessary to discover the next Hemlo deposit. The remaining 20% is allocated to other projects, with the current emphasis on geophysics.In 1995, corporate members total twenty-three major mining companies accounting for90% of the exploration expenditures in Canada. The ETD is currently managing ten cooperative research projects totalling $4.6million. Other projects, estimated at $1.6 mil-lion, are currently under development."
